Brain Tree Quest

The best item you can get from the Brain Tree is Brain Tree Mace. This used to be around 250k, but has now dropped to around 30k, so the brain tree quests usually aren't worth it anymore. Right now you just do it once to get the esophagor and the brain tree as BD challengers, or to try and get on the high score list.

If you still want to do it, head over to The Haunted Woods. After accepting a Brain Tree Quest, head over to The Esophagor and do his quest. If you do it twice, he'll give you the answer to both the Year of Death and the Place of Death. This is unique for each quest, so don't bother trying to look up the answer online somewhere. You could get lucky with the place of death, but chances are you won't get it.
